Which countries do you ship to and from?
Any country in the world. We move cargo from any origin to any destination by sea, air, road and rail, including cross-trade shipments that never touch Europe. Our team in Lienden and vetted partner agents in every major port and airport handle collection, customs and delivery at both ends.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Complete quote requests are answered within one business day. Complex project or multimodal enquiries may need a short call first so we can confirm dimensions, routing and timing before pricing.
What information do you need to quote a shipment?
Origin and destination (address or port), the commodity, number of pieces, dimensions and gross weight, the Incoterm agreed with your supplier or buyer, and the date the cargo is ready. If you are not sure about any of these, tell us what you know and we will guide you.
Are your prices all-inclusive?
Yes. Our quotes list every applicable charge, including terminal handling, documentation, customs and surcharges known at the time of quoting. If a carrier introduces a new surcharge after booking, we inform you before it is applied.
How do I track my shipment?
Enter the tracking number from your booking confirmation on the Track Shipment page. You will see the current status, location and the full milestone history. Your coordinator also sends proactive updates at key milestones.
What is the difference between FCL and LCL?
FCL (full container load) means you rent a whole container, which is faster and safer for larger volumes. LCL (less than container load) consolidates your cargo with other shippers so you pay only for the space you use; it is ideal below roughly 12–15 cubic metres.
Can you handle customs clearance at both ends?
Yes, at origin and at destination, anywhere in the world. Our own customs team is AEO-F certified and licensed partner brokers handle export and import formalities in more than 150 countries. Duties and taxes can be prepaid (DDP) so your consignee receives the goods without any formalities.
Do you offer cargo insurance?
Carrier liability is limited by international conventions and rarely covers the real value of goods. We arrange all-risk marine cargo insurance for a small percentage of the insured value, and we recommend it for every shipment.
Can you ship dangerous goods?
Yes. We have certified dangerous goods advisers for sea (IMDG), air (IATA DGR) and road (ADR). Send us the safety data sheet and we will confirm the correct classification, packaging and routing.
Which airports do you fly from?
From any major airport in the world. Our partner agents collect and clear your cargo at origin, and we choose the airport and airline that give the best combination of transit time and rate for your consignment.
How is temperature-controlled cargo monitored?
Reefer containers are pre-trip inspected and set to your specification; air and road shipments travel with calibrated data loggers. Temperature reports are shared with you after delivery and kept on file for compliance audits.
Do you work with private individuals?
Yes, mainly for vehicle shipping, household relocations and personal effects. The process and documentation are the same as for business customers, and we explain every step in plain language.
